1. Scope of Estimates All online quotes are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed only after a physical site inspection and a signed work order. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

2. Property Lines & Private Utilities The client is responsible for identifying property boundaries. While we coordinate public utility locates (gas/hydro), Ferrari Fences is not liable for damage to unmarked private lines (e.g., irrigation, pool heaters, landscape lighting).

3. Site Preparation The client must ensure the work area is accessible and cleared of debris or pets prior to our arrival.

4. Intellectual Property All photos and content on this website are the property of Ferrari Fences. Unauthorized use of our project imagery is prohibited.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
